When we started in 2021, we were proudly under the umbrella of The Sean M. Gannon Memorial Fund. This fund honors K9 Sergeant Sean McNamee Gannon of the Yarmouth, MA Police Department who was killed in the line of duty on April 12, 2018.
Sean was a loving husband, son, brother, and a friend to many. His leadership by example deeply affected those who knew him and touched the lives of so many on Cape Cod and beyond. His memory continues to inspire people to be their best selves.
This fund is a tribute to his values, work ethic, and dedication to our community. Grants support local programs and organizations that align with our mission.
